This page explains in plain language what Shootspace shows about studios, what we store, and how to get a listing corrected or removed. We only describe what we actually do today.
What we show about studios
Shootspace is a directory of photo and film studios for hire in the Netherlands, not studio apartments. A listing shows public business information, in our own words: name, city, type of space, facilities, and a price when that rate is published. We write a short description ourselves.
We show photos only when the studio owner sent them and confirmed they have the rights. We do not copy photos from a studio's own website.
If we know the studio's website, we link there so you can book with them directly.
Why we do this
We make this directory for photographers and film crews of every size. We publish this public business information on the basis of legitimate interest: a useful public guide, with a way to have a listing changed or taken down.
What we store
If you submit a studio through the form, we store the details you send. That includes your name, email address, the studio name, location, type of space, facilities, a price if you enter one, any notes, and photos if you attach them.
If you sign up for updates, we store your email address and the page you signed up from, so we can send you an occasional note about studios.
If you use the contact form on the advertising page, we store your name, email address, message and company name if you give one, so we can reply.
We use this information to run and maintain the directory, review submissions, and email you if you asked us to or signed up. We do not sell this information.
How long we keep it
We keep an email address for updates until you ask us to remove it. If we send mail, you can also unsubscribe through the link in that mail when it is included.
We keep a studio submission while we review it. If it becomes a public listing, it stays online until you ask us to change or remove it. We keep a contact-form message so we can reply, and we remove it if you ask.
We do not state a fixed period in months here, because we do not apply one automatically today.
Is something wrong, or do you want a listing removed?
Email hallo@shootspace.nl if a listing is wrong, if you want us to change something, or if you want us to remove a listing or your email address. Name the studio or the address it concerns. We respond within 5 working days and then correct or remove it.
